CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online at any time up until 24-hours before the appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be subject to 50% payment of that service. Please contact me directly if you need to cancel an appointment within 24-hours of your appointment. Lateness: I will always do my very best to fit you in if you are running a few minutes behind- however I kindly ask that you notify me if you are running late. In the event that you are running 7 or more minutes late to any appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for another time and a 50% cancellation fee may apply. No-Shows: Missed appointments will be subject to 100% payment of the service. Clients who no-show more than one appointment will be blocked from booking.
