I've Moved! All appointments will now take place at 180 Old Loudon Road, Latham, NY. Upon Arrival: Please enter through the front entrance of the building and make your way to the second floor. At the end of the hallway, you'll find a waiting area with a desk directly ahead. Feel free to have a seat and make yourself comfortable—I’ll come get you as soon as I’m ready for your appointment. Finding the Space: The building is located across the street, just past The Tipsy Moose and Ala Shanghai. Look for the glass-front building with "Summit Foot & Ankle" displayed on the front. Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact me directly. Late Arrivals: Please let me know if you're running late. I will do my best to accommodate you, but clients arriving 8 or more minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Missed appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who no-show more than one appointment will no longer be eligible to book future appointments. Parking: There are two parking areas available in the front of the building, as well as an additional parking lot located behind the building.
